ADMISSION CHECK LIST

1. Submit application form and documents to the Center for International Education. These papers must be in our hands 30 days before the starting date of the program you choose.

  • Application for Admission (Page 2 )
  • Applicants for Andean Architecture or Sustainable Development programs only fill out page 2.
  • Internship information for Serve and Learn Program (Page 3 –4)
  • Housing Questionnaire (Page 5)
  • Homestay Regulations (Page 6)
  • Three Letters of Recommendation (Page 7,8,and 9)
  • Medical Information Form (Pages 10-11)
  • 2 Recent Photographs (for identification purposes)
  • Application Fee (US$50)

2. You will receive from us, if admitted, the following:

•  Program Calendar

•  Information Booklet for Foreign participants

•  Certificate of Eligibility (Acceptance Letter) (for Visa purposes in case of longer than 90-day programs)

3. After receiving the acceptance letter, please obtain a student visa with the Certificate and your passport in the closest Ecuadorian Consulate in your country (in case of longer than 90-day programs)

4. After obtaining acceptance, inform us of your travel plans.
