This Minor explores the field of Education from a philosophical perspective. This program provides excellent tools for professionals (i.e. “train the trainer” programs) who must deal with human talent and training programs within an organization. It is also aimed at entrepreneurs who wish to create a business focused on training materials and learning resources.
This Minor prepares students for understanding and applying different teaching/learning styles and techniques and develops their own models for various business applications (corporate, international ventures, educational projects.
Most importantly, the program also prepares you for creating and effectively working with international, multilingual, multicultural teams which is becoming a standard in today's world. |
