This Minor is about PEOPLE SKILLS. People who are in the business of education and must manage human talent need to develop special leadership skills and understand the world of Education and its cultural factors.
Dealing with customers in the industry of education requires a special set of skills—from management and persuasion to sell new ideas, applying for special grants and funds (local and international), to attracting sponsors for your projects and handling risks.
